Positive: The breakfst was fairly standard with cut fruit, yogurt, cereal, and croissants. Nothing particularly special, but it was perfectrly adequate for breakfast. The sampoo and conditioner provided in the shower were very good. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, and the building itself is a typical house in the local architectural style. I really enjoyed having the chance to stay in this kind of building and the area. The bed was just the right firmness for me. However, it was inconvenient that there was no desk in the room. Negative: The bathrooms are shared, with the toilet and shower in the same room, and there were not enough. As a result, my departure was delayed 20 min. Various facilities were quite noisy when operating. The refrigerator in the kitchen made a loud creaking or grinding noise whenever it switched on, and the air conditioner in my room was also rather loud. Between around midnight and 1:00 a.m., someone was repeatedly walking around on the second floor. Since there are no guest rooms on the second floor, I have no idea who it was, but the heavy footsteps echoed loudly through the first floor. I could also hear noises that sounded like furniture being moved. It gave me an unexpected opportunity to think about how seriously noise can affect one's mental well-being. Once I realized that the noise seemed to stop around 1:00 a.m., I decided that distracting myself was more helpful than becoming increasingly frustrated. Whenever someone was talking in the hallway, I could hear them clearly from inside my room even with the door closed. I could even hear the automatic locks on other rooms operating. I became concerned that conversations inside my own room might also be clearly audible in the hallway or neighboring rooms. In other words, there is no guarantee that you will be able to spend your time here in peace and quiet, and I was not even sure whether it would be appropriate to watch TV with the sound on. If you are sensitive to noise made by other guests or by the facilities themselves, I would not recommend choosing this accommodation. At the same time, you should not assume that you will be able to make noise freely in your own room either. The property feels more like a shared house than a conventional hotel. Apart from having your own private room, the kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and the jacuzzi in the garden are all shared. If the other guests staying at the same time are calm and friendly, this can be pleasant. However, not everyone was like that.

Very nice for the occasion. Positive: I loved the refrigerator full of items. There was a mix for everyone and it wasn't just junky unhealthy food, because I am a healthy eater. I saw the staff member there and asked her about parking. It was VERY critical that she did that that because the parking location was kind of hidden and it was so cheap and so close by walking. Negative: The doors were hard to open and close because the rubbed too much. Also, I did not know that there wouldn't be a bathroom in our room. It was lucky though for us that we didn't have to "fight" over it with any of the other guests.

Positive: It was something entirely unexpected, a really perfect stay with such an attention to every detail, owner did a great job! Breacfast was gorgeous, every facility spotlessly clean and the atmosphere of the place was so peaseful and relaxing!
