By confirming a reservation with Groupe Tourbee Inc., you (“Guest”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions throughout your stay.

1. General Conduct and Property Care

Guests must immediately report any hazards or damage that could pose a risk to individuals or the property.

Do not use towels for makeup removal or other staining activities. Damaged linens, furnishings, or home goods may result in charges.

If an accident occurs, please inform us immediately. Prompt notice allows us to prepare the unit for future guests and may help avoid any additional charges.

2. Noise and Party Policy

Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

If we receive a noise complaint or detect disruptive activity, a C$500 fine will be charged.

3. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or any enclosed premises.

Violations will result in a C$500 fine due to the impact on future guests and potential allergen exposure.

4. Check-Out Policy

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out (until 2:00 PM) must be requested and approved in advance.

Unapproved late check-outs may result in a C$250 fine, and belongings may be removed after 2:00 PM to prepare the unit for the next guest.

5. Support & Service Availability

Customer support is available 24/7 via phone, text, or Airbnb messages.

Our on-ground operations team is available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for in-person assistance and deliveries.

For non-urgent needs outside these hours, we may arrange fulfillment the following day.

In some cases, with prior approval, guests may be asked to purchase a small amenity or item themselves. Upon submission of a receipt, the full amount will be reimbursed to the same credit card used for booking.

6. Guest Access & Amenity Requests

When a guest requests a service or amenity to be delivered or an issue to be resolved within the unit, it is understood that permission is granted for our team to enter the premises, unless the guest explicitly states otherwise.

If access is denied, the issue may remain unresolved or the amenity may not be delivered. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued for the undelivered item or unresolved issue.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Guests accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or in common areas. By confirming a reservation, all guests agree to assume the risks of using the property and release Groupe Tourbee Inc. from liability. Personal travel or health insurance is recommended.

8. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Groupe Tourbee Inc., including booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and guest support updates.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the platform used to make the reservation. Please review the applicable policy below:

Airbnb

Full refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

48-hour grace period: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

Full refund: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival.

50% refund: Cancel 7 to 14 days before arrival.

No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before arrival.

Booking.com

Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before arrival.

No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before arrival.

VRBO

Full refund: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival.

50% refund: Cancel 7 to 14 days before arrival.

No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
